How Rocky lost his leg.

Rocky was diagnosed with Chondrosarcoma, cancer of the cartilage, in his back right knee in February, 2009. It was a tiny bump that had already started to eat his femur. Amputation was the only solution to save his life. In March, he had his leg amputated. It is 8 months since his surgery and he is cancer free and happy and thriving as a 3 legged bundle of love and joy.

Why Rocky should be Scrap.

He has an incredible temperament and is loved by all who meet him. He is personality plus and makes people smile. He is a therapy dog and brings so much joy to the people he visits.He has been through so much as all tripods have, but Rocky is a special guy. He has the most expressive eyes and when you look into them, you see love and you just feel better. His beautiful spirit should be shared with the world because the world could use a little Rocky love.
